I played about 14 turns. The scenario gives the game 12 turns using the Shako ruleset. I suspect that for GdA that could be increased by as much as 50%. Instead of having reserve formations arriving at the times specified, I treated them as "off table reserves".
The French managed to occupy both Laichlings on turn 14, a points victory. Until then it looked as if they had no chance, with many battalions weakened from the fire of the numerous Austrian artillery.
